Thank you for using KidLolo.

KidLolo provides free printable worksheets for parents, teachers, homeschool families, tutors, therapists, and other adults who support children’s learning. This Licensing Policy explains how you may use our worksheets, PDFs, images, illustrations, and other materials.

Our goal is simple: you may use KidLolo worksheets for learning, teaching, and educational practice. You may not sell them, repost them as your own, upload them to public file libraries, or use them to build competing or commercial products.

Free Educational Use

KidLolo worksheets are free for personal and educational use.

You may download, print, and use our worksheets at home, in classrooms, in homeschool settings, in tutoring sessions, in therapy sessions, and in other non-commercial learning environments.

This includes use by:

• Parents and caregivers
• Classroom teachers
• Homeschool families
• Homeschool co-op groups
• Tutors
• Speech therapists
• Occupational therapists
• Educational support professionals
• Schools and learning groups using the materials for non-commercial educational purposes

Printing Permission

You may print KidLolo worksheets as many times as needed for personal, classroom, homeschool, tutoring, therapy, or similar educational use.

Teachers may print worksheets for their students. Parents may print worksheets for their children. Homeschool families may print worksheets for lessons and practice. Schools may print worksheets for classroom use.

You may also send printed worksheets home with students as homework, practice pages, review work, or learning packets.

Sharing PDF Files

You may share KidLolo PDF files directly with your own students, families, or educational group when the use is non-commercial and connected to real learning or teaching.

For example, a teacher may share a PDF with students in the same class. A homeschool parent may share a worksheet with a homeschool co-op group. A tutor may send a worksheet to a student or parent for practice.

However, you may not upload KidLolo PDF files to public websites, public folders, public resource libraries, file-sharing sites, or platforms where anyone can access or download the files.

Classroom Platforms and Private Learning Systems

You may upload KidLolo worksheets to private, password-protected classroom systems for use with your own students.

This may include platforms such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, ClassDojo, or a private school learning management system.

This permission only applies to closed educational environments. You may not upload KidLolo worksheets to public websites, public school pages, public resource libraries, or public file-sharing platforms.

School and Organization Use

Schools, classrooms, homeschool co-ops, tutoring groups, and educational organizations may use KidLolo worksheets for non-commercial educational purposes.

A school or organization may include KidLolo worksheets in a private internal resource system for teachers or students, as long as access is limited and the materials are not sold, publicly reposted, or presented as the school’s own original content.

Public PDF archives are not allowed.

Blogs, Websites, and Online References

Blogs, websites, and educational publishers may mention KidLolo worksheets and link to our pages.

You may use a small screenshot, thumbnail, or preview image when writing about or recommending a KidLolo worksheet, as long as:

• You clearly credit KidLolo
• You link to the original KidLolo page URL
• You do not publish the full worksheet PDF
• You do not provide your own download link for our PDF file
• You do not suggest that the worksheet was created by you
• You do not use our content in a misleading or harmful way

You may not copy full worksheet pages, upload PDF files, or recreate our materials on another website.

Commercial Use Is Not Allowed

KidLolo worksheets are free for learning and teaching, but they are not free for commercial use.

You may not use KidLolo materials to make money, promote a paid product, or build a paid resource.

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

• Selling KidLolo worksheets
• Selling printed copies of KidLolo worksheets
• Repackaging our worksheets as your own
• Including our worksheets in paid bundles
• Including our worksheets in paid courses
• Including our worksheets in paid memberships
• Using our worksheets as a lead magnet to collect emails
• Uploading our worksheets to Teachers Pay Teachers
• Uploading our worksheets to Etsy
• Uploading our worksheets to Amazon or Amazon KDP
• Including our worksheets in commercial workbooks, activity books, or printable products
• Using our worksheets to promote a paid educational product or service

Paid Courses, Memberships, and Bundles

KidLolo worksheets may not be included inside paid courses, paid memberships, paid downloads, paid printable packs, or paid bundles.

A teacher, tutor, therapist, or homeschool educator may use our worksheets directly with their own learners. That is allowed.

What is not allowed is turning KidLolo worksheets into part of a paid product, course, membership library, digital download, workbook, or resource bundle.

Editing and Classroom Adjustments

You may make small changes to KidLolo worksheets for your own personal, classroom, homeschool, tutoring, or therapy use.

For example, you may adapt a worksheet for a specific student, add a note for your class, adjust instructions for your own lesson, or translate a worksheet for your own learners.

However, you may not publish, sell, upload, or distribute edited versions of KidLolo worksheets.

You may not remove the KidLolo name, logo, copyright notice, footer, or any ownership notice from our materials.

You may not edit our worksheets in a way that makes them appear to be your own original content.

Copy Centers and Print Shops

You may use a copy center or print shop to print KidLolo worksheets for your own personal, classroom, homeschool, tutoring, therapy, or educational use.

The copy center or print shop may only print the materials for your requested use. It may not keep, sell, display, distribute, or reuse KidLolo materials as its own products.

Requesting Permission

If you are not sure whether your intended use is allowed, please contact us before using the material.

We may approve certain uses in writing, but permission is not automatic.

Copyright and Ownership

All KidLolo worksheets and related materials are original materials created for KidLolo.

KidLolo keeps all rights that are not clearly granted in this Licensing Policy. For information about how we handle privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

Using our website or downloading our worksheets does not transfer ownership of any KidLolo content to you.

Reporting Misuse

If you believe KidLolo materials are being sold, reposted, copied, or used without permission, please let us know through our Contact us page.

Please include the page URL, platform name, or any details that can help us review the issue.

Changes to This Licensing Policy

We may update this Licensing Policy from time to time as KidLolo grows or as our website features change.

When we update this page, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of the policy. Continued use of KidLolo materials after updates are posted means you accept the updated Licensing Policy.
